Diamantidis: “We will do our best in order to be in the Final Four”

Dimitris Diamantidis was named officially a “Euroleague legend” and of course the Euroleague magazine of this week is devoted in a large part to him.

The captain of Panathinaikos spoke about his goals this week and the possible return to the Final Four: “Who wouldn’t want that? We want to be there, but it will be hard. We will do the best we can”.

Diamantidis once more explained that his decision to retire is final and the fact that he can still have a key contribution to his team doesn’t change that: “I want to retire when I am still good. Not to get to the point that I will not be able to move. This is my last season and I want to end it on a high note”.
