Linas Kleiza will need one more knee surgery in order to return to action, as he revealed to “Lietuvos Rytas” newspaper.
The former Euroleague top scorer said to an interview which will be published in full in tomorrow’s print edition of the newspaper: “The news are not good. I was hoping that I will be ready to be back, but I will require additional surgery. After the new procedure I will have a clear picture about when I will be able to return”.
It remains to be seen when and if Kleiza, who is already 31 years old, will be back in action. Despite missing last season, during which he was a free agent, Kleiza has already played for Denver, Toronto, Olympiacos, Fenerbahce and Milano from 2005 until 2015.
