Patric Young may have taken part in the practice of Olympiacos today, but coach Giannis Sfairopoulos hasn’t yet decided whether or not he will include him in the team’s roster for the Euroleague opener against Real Madrid.
The American center just recovered from a heavy case of sinusitis and he needs to catch up with his teammates’ rhythm. Thus it is highly possible that he will stay in Athens.
The final decision will be taken tomorrow after the practice at noon after which Olympiacos will immiedately travel for Madrid
