Erick Green’s participation in the EuroLeague Game of the Week between Olympiacos and CSKA Moscow was doubtful, but the American guard got the “OK” from his team’s medical stuff and will be included in the 12-men squad for the match.
Green got injured on Sunday in the Greek Basket League game of his team against Kolossos Rhodes. Initially it was feared that he suffered a strain, but the examinations showed that he just pulled a muscle. His status for the clash vs CSKA remained filed under “questionable” but he is now cleared to play.
Of course, he is not 100% ready, having lost some practices and will have to receive an injection in order to step on the floor.
