Brose Bamberg announced that German swingman Patrick Heckmann and the club have agreed on a one-year contract extension that will keep the player in the team until 2019.
Heckmann, 24, averages 2.3 points per game this season in Euroleague. “I feel very comfortable in Bamberg.” he said for the team’s official website. “Both coach and club give me a lot of confidence. I appreciate the work of everyone. The time I have spent here so far has taken me forward in my basketball development. Everything is highly professional oriented to us players. This makes it easy for you to concentrate on his job and that’s why the decision was very easy for me.”
Heckmann arrived to Brose Bamberg on summer 2015 after spending four years in USA with the Boston College Eagles.
