Fenerbahce‘s big man was injured in the game against Darussafaka Dogus, he is going to miss the EuroLeague game against Baskonia, still he is expected to be back soon, as he wrote in his Euroangle blog.
Thank God my injury wasn’t that serious. I was very nervous after the contact took place, but thanks to my Fenerbahce training staff, we were able to find out exactly what was wrong. Thank you for all the love, prayers, bone/organ donors lol, and best wishes.
Injuries are interesting and frustrating because you never know when they are going to strike. You can do everything right, but injuries do not care who you are. They can even happen while walking down the street. Frustrating as it is, you gotta push forward. That is exactly where I’m at right now. Just when we are getting into the groove of things, down I go again. Hella frustrating!!! Maybe it’s God’s way of giving me some rest before this final stretch of the season. Maybe it’s because he has BIG PLANS for me?!?! Gotta let it play out. But I will be ready for this final stretch, playoffs and the sprint toward that EuroLeague Championship Trophy.
