The defending champs of the German BBL couldn’t beat Darussafaka Dogus and now the result of Crvena Zvezda in the game against Unics Kazan at Belgrade on Friday will not make any difference.
Darussafaka has a 15-14 record and even if Zvezda gets one more win and a 16-13 record, it will not be enough for them. The Turks have beaten the Serbs at Belgrade so the situation is quite simple at this point.
Whoever gets the win next week in Istanbul, will also advance to the playoffs.
