Real Madrid will play against the winner of the game Darussafaka Dogus versus Crvena Zvezda – if Darussafaka gets the win – and in this case CSKA Moscow will face Baskonia.
If Crvena Zvezda gets the win and also Anadolu Efes gets the win over Real Madrid, then Zvezda will finish seventh over Baskonia and they will play against CSKA Moscow, while Baskonia will face Real Madrid.
If Crvena Zvezda gets the win and also Anadolu Efes loses to Real Madrid, then in the three way tie between Anadolu Efes, Crvena Zvezda and Baskonia the Turks will be sixth, Baskonia will be seventh and play against CSKA Moscow and Zvezda will be the opponent of Real Madrid.
