Darussafaka is the last team to enter the playoffs and they will face Real Madrid, which have the home court advantage.
CSKA Moscow, also having the home court advantage, will duel with Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz, Olympiacos Piraeus will hosts Anadolu Efes Istanbul and Panathinaikos Athens will fight for the golden ticket against Fenerbahce Istanbul. Both Greek clubs have the home court advantage over the Turks.
The playoffs will be Best-of-5 series starting from the 18th of April and ending if five games are needed at the 2nd of May. The Istanbul final four will be held between 19-21 of May.
