Practically for Anadolu Efes that means they will have two chances, one at home and one at the road to get one win and keep Olympiacos out of the Final Four.
The last series between the two teams back in 2013 ended with a Game 5, but at Olympiacos had started the series with a 2-0 lead.
Of course, it’s obvious that the same applies to Real Madrid, which got back the home court advantage after beating Darussafaka Dogus at Istanbul and also got a 2-1 lead.
