Borys Ryzhyk replaced Belosevic due to his bad performance during Game 3 of the series between Baskonia and CSKA Moscow.
Many calls were missed specially during the last period and as a result Ryzhyk, Juan Carlos Garcia Gonzalez and Matej Boltauzer will be the refs of Game 4 between the Reds and Efes in Istanbul.
