After suffering an injury on the external meniscus of his left knee, Barcelona forward Victor Claver will have to undergo surgery in order to fix the issue.
As the Spanish club announced, Claver will be operated on Wednesday afternoon. His rehabilitation period will be announced after the completion of the procedure.
While the season is over for Barcelona and the player following the elimination from the Spanish semifinals by Valencia, it’s left to be seen how the surgery will affect his status for the national team’s prep camp in July ahead of the EuroBasket.
