Maccabi announced the return of Alex Tyus to the team with a two-year deal. The 29-year-old player spent the previous two seasons in Turkey, with Anadolu Efes and Galatasaray.
The Israeli naturalized big man was crowned EuroLeague champion in 2014 with Maccabi, after he had joined them in the 2013-2014 season. At the same year, he reached the Israeli Championship and Cup with Maccabi.
