Khimki Moscow is close to signing a contract with Dmitry Kulagin, as reported by Russian website Championat.
Kulagin’s contract with CSKA Moscow expired with the completion of the season and the VTB League champions didn’t choose to renew him.
The 24-year-old Rusisan guard averaged 7.9 points and 2.5 assists in last season’s VTB plus 3.9 points and 1.2 assists in EuroLeague.
Khimki has already acquired Stefan Markovic to bolster its backcourt and is also expected to announce the addition of Charles Jenkins soon.
