27-year-old M’Baye comes from Enel Brindisi, where he averaged 17.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and a block in 30 Italian League games last season.
He started his career with Japanese powerhouse Mitsubishi Diamond Dolphins, where he played for three seasons. The forward has been a member of the French U20 national team, helping it get a silver medal at the 2009 European Championship.
He is set to make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut with Milan next season.
