Barcelona added another name to the long list of new arrivals for the new season by making the transfer of Rakim Sanders official.
As the club announced, the American forward penned a deal until summer 2018. He becomes the team’s fifth new signing, following Thomas Heurtel, Adrien Moerman, Pierre Oriola and Phil Pressey.
The 27-year-old player spent the previous season in Italy with Olimpia Milano. He was one of the team’s top performers, finishing the 2016/2017 EuroLeague with 12.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.1 steals per game.
