According to Gigantes Del Basket, Baskonia is interested in acquiring Argentinian swingman Patricio Garino.
Garino, 24, spent the previous season in the NBA D League (now G League) with the Austin Spurs (San Antonio’s affiliate), averaging 11.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2 assists per game. He also played five games with the Orlando Magic.
The player will soon own an Italian passport which is a huge plus not only for Baskonia but any European team that might consider him a target.
