Obradovic and Itoudis talked to Cosmote TV, regarding Dusan Ivkovic, their friend, and mentor.
As Obradovic explained: “We are not just friends. There is a special relationship. We are family, best men and I certainly could not miss this event. It is a shame that he leaves the courts. During our friendship, a lot has been said, but our friendship is above everything. He was my teacher since I was a player. Our relationship has always been special, ” he said. Obradovic also mentioned the event organized by Olympiacos. “Congratulations to the people of Olympiacos who organized this great event”
Coach Itoudis added: “I would be present in this event, even if CSKA wasn’t here as well. It is an honor for me to be here. Both Dusan and Zeljko have written their own history. I wish the best for his life after basketball. He will not be missed from the courts. He will visit us. Congratulations to Olympiacos for honoring Dusan.
