Behind Sloukas, Melih Mahmutoglu scored 11 points, while Brad Wanamaker had 10 for the winners.
Anthony Gill stood out for Khimki with 18 points.
Fenerbahce will take over CSKA Moscow in the tournament final, as Brose Bamberg will compete against Bayern Munich for the first place.
