Real Madrid announced that Gustavo Ayon and Ognjen Kuzmic underwent successful surgeries today.
Ayon was operated for a lesion on the lower border of the left shoulder labrum. He will begin rehabilitating tomorrow and his estimated time of recovery might keep him out for up to four months.
As for Kuzmic, he underwent surgery to repair the complete tear of the left knee anterior cruciate ligament he had suffered in the EuroLeague game vs CSKA Moscow. His injury is season-ending, since he’ll stay out for six to nine months.
