The Eurohoops team collected just 99.7 points in Round 9, with this crop being deemed… disappointing and the smallest since the start of the season.
Important players like Georgios Printezis (4.4) and Adam Hanga (4.4) didn’t deliver, while the venture with Errick McCollum (1) didn’t work, so some tinkering was in order.
The changes ahead of Round 10
The first and most important change concerns the replacement of Georgios Printezis with Anthony Gill. Thomas Robinson’s serious injury changes the situation in Khimki’s frontline and is expected to upgrade the American forward’s role.
Aside from him, Adam Hanga was a must choice as long as he was in the colors of Baskonia but in this season’s Barca he hasn’t been able to put up similar numbers. For this reason he will give his place to Edgaras Ulanovas, who is coming off a double personal record.
Finally, Kyle Hines is expected to have a tough time against Barcelona’s big men, so Jan Vesely will take his place.
Nando De Colo is still the captain and Nick Calathes is second in command.
