The big brother of Nick Calathes and former player of Panathinaikos, Marousi, Astana and Cantu among others posted the following statement in his instragram account.
“It’s been a hell of a run playing for the last 27 years of my life. This point comes to everyone and I’ve been extremely blessed to be able to play this long. I’ve made some lifelong friendships all over the world and met many amazing people along the way. I’m ready to start the next chapter, still involved in the game that I love but on the opposite end of things. I’m very excited to partner with a great friend of mine and one of the best agents in European basketball. I wanna truly thank everyone who has supported me on and off the court.
