FC Barcelona Lassa took down Khimki Moscow Region 86-82 and coach Georgios Bartzokas wasn’t pleased by the defensive effort tonight.
“It looks like this game was an exhibition game. Both teams came up without a desire to play defense that’s why Barca scored 31 points in the first quarter. In the second half we looked very tired“, stated Bartzokas.
The Greek coach took a look at his time as a coach of Barcelona last season,
“I have a great feeling about the city and the club. I have a lot of friends here, of course not all the people here are my friends. I am a supporter of Barca and I follow all the games of the football team. I have great feelings about come back here. If you ask Nacho Rodriguez it was my fault that’s why I left if you ask me or others it’s something other. Last year we had a lot of injuries and the roster with a lot of veterans. Barcelona finished their Euroleague season with a win over Khimki at home. Their coach Svetislav Pesic was happy about it, but he kept it short.
