The 32-year old guard is back in Maccabi. After playing the last year in China, United States, and Lebanon, Jeremy Pargo has returned to Tel Aviv to play for Maccabi.
Starting on December 2017, he played for Nanjing Monkey King in the Chinese League, where he averaged 22.8 points and 6.2 assists per game. After his run in China, he traveled to the United States to play in the G-League for one month (February 18th – March 18th), before heading to Lebanon to play five games for Champville SC.
Pargo had two separate runs with Maccabi, playing one year in 2010-2011 and then in the 2014-2015 season. In 2011, Pargo and Maccabi reached the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague final but could not defeat Panathinaikos despite Pargo’s 12 points and nine assists.
In addition, Maccabi was searching for a guard as Tel Aviv’s team was struggling in the Israeli League recently and found a perfect spot in Pargo. He was a fan favorite and had success in his year’s with the Israeli team and is hoping for more in the future.
