Utah Jazz center Ekpe Udoh was in Belgrade last night, attending the first games of the EuroLeague Final Four (18-20 May). But today he decided to travel a bit southern.
After watching former team Fenerbahce defeat Zalgiris Kaunas in the semifinal, Udoh made a flash-trip to Athens in order to watch his friend Manny Harris compete with AEK in the Greek League quarterfinal against PAOK.
“The season went well with the Utah Jazz. We didn’t start that good. Now the season is completed and I got the time to attend the EuroLeague Final Four but also come here to watch my good friend Manny Harris. We always support each other,” Udoh said to Greek Cosmote TV.
Regarding the EuroLeague Final between Fenerbahce and Real Madrid, Udoh said that “It’s going to be a great battle. Fenerbahce will win but it will we be difficult since Sergio Llull is back.”
