Victor Rudd had signed with Dimitris Itoudis’ team back in February, so he could fill in Kyle Hines’ role once he was injured. The deal, only allowed him to play in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and not in the VTB-League. The EuroLeague season ended with CSKA finishing in fourth place, and so the contract expired.
Even if there was the slightest thought of an extension, it was dissolved with CSKA‘s official announcement.
Rudd played in 13 games and averaged 10 minutes a night, 2.3 points and 1.2 rebounds.
Thank you, Vic!
Forward Victor Rudd leaves our team upon expiration of his contract. The American player joined CSKA in the middle of February and signed the contract valid for the EuroLeague games only.
We sincerely wish him good luck and big victories for the rest of career! pic.twitter.com/DQVC4PrzFY
