Khimki Moscow announced that American forward/center Thomas Robinson won’t continue with the team in the next season following the expiration of his contract.
Robinson arrived in the Russian team on September 2017, signing a one-year deal. The 26-year-old player averaged 11.4 and 7.7 rebounds per game in the first nine games of his debut EuroLeague campaign until he suffered a broken hand injury in a match vs. Turkish team Fenerbahce that kept him out for three months.
In 20 games EuroLeague matches Robinson posted 8.2 points, 5.8 rebounds over 15:34 minutes per game while averaging 9.3 points plus 5.5 rebounds in eight VTB League appearances.
