Olympiacos is already targeting Mathias Lessort and keeping Janis Strelnieks. The next name in the short-list of coach David Blatt is Partizan’s Nigel Williams-Goss.
Like Lessort, Goss has a contract for next season with his team which includes a buy out option. Blatt wants to have three non-Greek guards around Spanoulis in a revamped backcourt and with Strelnieks staying, two more import players will be added in the roster.
While no offer is made yet, Olympiacos already notified Goss’ side about their interest.
However, Olympiacos is not the only EuroLeague team which is targetting the former Gonzaga star. Various reports had already linked Goss with Zalgiris Kaunas and Spanish clubs.
Olympiacos’ interest for Nigel Williams-Goss was first reported by Sportando’s Orazio Cauchi.
