Marius Grigonis and Zalgiris Kaunas have agreed on a deal that will bring the player back to Lithuania and Kaunas.
After playing in Spain and Germany, the 24-year old has decided to come back to Lithuania. In the 2017-2018 season, Grigonis was playing for Alba Berlin and he averaged 11.9 points and 2.6 assists per game in EuroCup and the German League.
Zalgiris announced his comeback on Twitter, while the team also stated that he will make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut this upcoming fall. Grigonis started his professional career in Zalgiris, playing for the junior teams in 2011-2012.
