The contact was made between Mathias Lessort and Olympiacos Piraeus but an agreement has not been reached yet, according to Eurohoops sources.
Olympiacos and Crvena Zvezda haven’t agreed on the buyout which is supposed to be 250,000 euros while the side of the player is not satisfied yet with the offer of Olympiacos for a two-year contract.
The talks are still going on but Lessort might also consider other options.
As Eurohoops prior reported, Lessort was one of the names very high in the transfer list of Olympiacos for the upcoming season as he has been planned to replace James McClean.
Lessort played in his maiden EuroLeague campaign with Crvena Zvezda, posting 8.5 points and 5.7 rebounds while averaging 21 minutes over 30 games.
