Former All-EuroLeague player Brad Wanamaker officially signed with the Boston Celtics on Monday (2/7) fulfilling his long-awaited dream.
Wanamaker played the 2017-18 season in Fenerbahce going all the way to the EuroLeague Finals and winning the Turkish League without a doubt forming a bond with his teammates along the way. As one of them, Gigi Datome decided to bid his goodbyes on Twitter:
“Gonna miss you in the locker room and on the court! Your euro journey has been a grind, so happy for you and your family! Now I’m also your fan so go and get the #18 banner. Good luck B, now more than ever. Let’s go Celtics!”
