Nigel Williams-Goss is waiting for a 2+1 offer sheet by Olympiacos Piraeus following the talks between the player’s side and the management of the club that took place Tuesday night (2/7) through early Wednesday morning (3/7) according to Eurohoops sources.
Williams-Goss wants a 2+1 contract and Olympiacos is willing to extend this offer sheet to the player.
The Greek club has agreed to the contract length but there’s still no deal regarding Williams Goss’ salary.
Olympiacos head coach David Blatt has already talked with Williams-Goss and the former Gonzaga guard wants to play with the Reds.
While Williams-Goss is under a two-year contract with Partizan Belgrade, there’s a $100.000 buyout that Olympiacos is willing to pay for the Serbian club to release the player.
Williams-Goss, 23, averaged 16.9 points, 7 assists, and 3.7 rebounds in 20 games of the 2017-2018 ABA League.
