Nothing is signed yet, but Olympiacos and Nigel Williams-Goss are finalizing the deal which will send the player to Piraeus.
The Greek club send a contract offer for a 2+1 year deal that will pay the former Gonzaga guard a little over $2 million in total. Despite the offers of teams like Baskonia and Zalgiris Kaunas, Olympiacos, a perennial EuroLeague Final Four contender is considered by Williams-Goss the best situation for him.
At this point only details are left to be ironed out. The bulk of the talks already happened last night and unless something dramatic happens, it’s just a matter of hours for the deal to be done and the official announcements to be made.
