Zalgiris Kaunas announced on Twitter that Nate Wolters has agreed on a 1+1 year deal with the Lithuanian team.
The 27-year old guard will return to the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague competition after his run with Crvena Zvezda in 2016-2017. In his first run in Europe’s best competition with Red Star, he played in 27 EuroLeague games and averaged 7.1 points, 2.1 assists and 2.1 rebounds per game.
Besides Belgrade’s team, Wolters has been a part of Besiktas, back in 2015-2016.
In addition, the American guard has also played with the Milwaukee Bucks (2013-2015), the New Orleans Pelicans (2015) and the Utah Jazz (2017) in the NBA. In 2018, he was part of the Elan Chalon team in France.
