Ioannis Papapetrou’s agent, Nikos Lotsos, met with Panathinaikos‘ administration this morning (10/7) and the two sides have agreed on a deal, confirming their previous verbal agreement.
Papapetrou penned a three-year deal with the Greens and the team, later on, announced the signing.
24-year-old Papapetrou declined Olympiacos Piraeus’ offer on Sunday night and had offers both from Panathinaikos and Anadolu Efes. The Turkish club offered a lucrative contract to Papapetrou, though he chose to remain in Greece and join the Greens.
