American swingman James Anderson is close to a mutual agreement with Khimki Moscow on terminating the contract while also finalizing a two-year deal with Anadolu Efes, according to Eurohoops sources.
In 2017-18 EuroLeague season, Anderson played 31 games averaging 9.2 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 22 minutes of play as Khimki reached the playoffs for the first time in the history of the club.
In the VTB League, the 29-year-old forward recorded nine points and 3.2 rebounds per game, helping his team make it to the Final, and therefore, gain a ticket for the 2018-2019 EuroLeague.
Anderson previously played in Turkey under David Blatt with Darussafaka Istanbul in 2016-2017.
