Milan Tomic has joined Crvena Zvezda in the head coach position a few days prior and Olympiacos released an announcement after his meeting with the team’s administration, in which they thanked Tomic for his contribution to the team.
The announcement reads:
“A unique chapter in Olympiacos‘ history, that of Milan Tomic, has been paused. After ten years of co-operation, it is time to part ways with an emblematic figure for the club.
With Milan, we have experienced everything. We conquered the top in Europe and Greece, we experienced moments that will never be forgotten. Milan was always there. We thank him for everything and we wish him good luck and success.”
