Olimpia Milano routed 2018 Lega Due finalist Junior Casale 96 – 68 in the semifinal of the first official preseason game for the Italian Serie A champions.
Mike James dropped a team-high 16 points and Mindaugas Kuzminskas scored 13. Amedeo Della Valle and Arturas Gudaitis had 11 points apiece for Milano.
From Casale, Kruize Pinkins scored a game-high 17 points.
Milano played minus captain Andrea Cinciarini, Jeff Brooks and Nemanja Nedovic who are away with their national teams ahead of the World Cup Qualifiers games of September. Curtis Jerrells was also out for precautionary reasons due to a left foot problem.
