CSKA Moscow was named 2018 Gomelsky Cup winner after prevailing over Anadolu Efes 87-83 in the final.
Nando De Colo led the winning side with 22 points, while Daniel Hackett scored 12 points.
Vasilje Micic and Adrien Moerman finished with 14 and 12 points respectively for the Turkish side.
CSKA managed to be dominant for the most part of the game, with the exception of a 10-0 run by Efes in the second period, that was put to an end shortly.
Earlier in the day, Olympiacos defeated Unics in the third-place game in an overtime thriller.
