The upcoming EuroLeague game between Olympiacos and Maccabi Tel Aviv, Thursday (24/10), will feature, among other things, a battle between two of the top centers in the 2018-2019 EuroLeague: Olympiacos‘ Nikola Milutinov and Maccabi‘s Tarik Black.
When asked about this matchup and how is he going to stop Milutinov, Black answered “I’m going to play my game. I’ve had a good start in the season and he’ll have to stop me,” per Maccabi.
Black has indeed had a quite notable entrance in the EuroLeague season with 13 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks in 26:48 minutes per game. Milutinov has been the leading scorer and rebounder of Olympiacos, averaging an impressive double-double of 15.7 points, 10 rebounds plus 1 block in 25:14 minutes per game.
