Walter ‘Edy’ Tavares snatched the first monthly MVP award for 2018-19 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague as he was named the most valuable player for October.
The ‘big man’ averaged 10.3 points on great shooting percentage from the field (72.7) and the free throw line (91.7) but what really sets him apart is the 9.5 rebounds and three blocks per game – both ranked first.
