In a high-intensity game in Piraeus, Greece, that was decided in the final possession, Fenerbahce Istanbul defeated Olympiacos thanks to Kostas Sloukas’ clutch buckets down the stretch of the fourth quarter.
The former Olympiacos’ man stunned his previous team with three clutch free-throws and an incredibly important three-pointer with one minute on the clock. He was the MVP of the contest, as he finished with a game-high 20 points (5/10 2FG) (1/3 3FG) (7/7 FT), five rebounds and four assists while leading his team in crunch time to a sixth win in this year’s Turkish Airlines EuroLeague competition.
