Patricio Garino injured his right knee during Tuesday’s practice. One day later, Baskonia informed via announcement that the 25-year-old Argentine-Italian guard/forward suffered a MCL sprain, which will prevent him from playing action for about six weeks.
Garino started the 2018-19 season with 4.6 points and 1.7 rebounds per EuroLeague match, while averaging 5.9 points and 1.6 rebounds in the ACB. However, this serious blow will keep him on the sidelines until the beginning of 2019.
