Anadolu Efes has expressed their interest to Milos Teodosic in order to sign him immediately and add him to their roster until the end of the season. Of course, this can’t happen until the LA Clippers decide to release the Serbian guard.
Teodosic will be fully compensated for his NBA contract, which will expire in the summer. He will be able to sign with the Turkish club only if the Clippers decide to cut him loose since the player himself recently expressed publicly his intention to return to Europe. Serbian magazine “Kos” was the first to report the interest of Efes for the Serb guard.
However, a possible deal between Teodosic and Anadolu Efes can only mean that one of the current members of Anadolu Efes’ backcourt will leave Istanbul. The Turkish club is performing admirably so far in the season thanks to the trio of Vasilje Micic, Rodrigue Beaubois and Shane Larkin. So it’s more than possible that one of those three players will take the opposite route from Teodosic and end up in the States.
Shane Larkin, who spent last season in Boston, seems to be the prime candidate for an NBA return.
