EuroLeague newest MVP is Johnny O’ Bryant. The 25-year-old American forward/center earned the Regular Season Round 15 MVP title, his first one in the EuroLeague, with his massive contribution to Maccabi’s important victory over Milan. He posted a 44 performance index rating, the highest among players of Thursday’s and Friday’s winning teams.
His 44 PIR was the league’s highest in more than three years in the third highest in the Israelis EuroLeague history. O’Bryant went off for 32 points making 5/8 two-point shots and 5/7 three-point shots. He also recorded five rebounds, three assists, three steals and one block, while drawing ten fouls.
