James Nunnally and AX Armani Exchange Milano are in the final stage of negotiations for a deal which will bring the former Fenerbahce swingman to the Italian club for the next one and a half season, according to Eurohoops sources.
The player was part of the Italians’ plans for next season, however since he was released from Minnesota, Milano made their move in order to add him immediately in their roster.
However, the Rockets came along, giving to Nunnally a 10-day contract. Still, when he was released again, this time from Houston, Milano re-initiated the talks and the two sides are finally near a deal.
It remains to be seen how things will play out in the following days since Nunnally’s priority for the moment remains the NBA.
