Janis Timma’s addition has been announced by Khimki on Wednesday, confirming Eurohoops’ earlier reports.
The Latvian joined Khimki on loan from Olympiacos for the remainder of the season, while he still has an active contract with the Greek team for one more season.
It is to be noted that Timma is only allowed to play in the VTB League with Khimki, and not in EuroLeague.
Timma averaged 3.4 points and 0.9 rebounds over 11 minutes in 23 EuroLeague games with Olympiacos this season.
