Last week’s selections for the 8-man squad were proved to be correct. Panathinaikos guard Nick Calathes, for example, gave us a total of 50.6 points.
A team that is winning doesn’t change. At least not much.
More specifically, Zalgiris Kaunas center Brandon Davies will leave his place for Baskonia center Johannes Voigtmann. The German big guy flirted with the triple-double in last week’s win over Khimki Moscow and may repeat a highly productive performance.
The other change has to do with the captain. Calathes is expected to have a difficult task against CSKA Moscow and will thus be replaced by Olimpia Milano guard Mike James. Milano and James have a quite important game to play vs. Olympiacos Piraeus.
