Coming off Tuesday’s home win, Fenerbahce Beko will host Zalgiris Kaunas once again on Thursday. Ahead of the EuroLeague Playoffs contest, Zeljko Obradovic pointed out: “It’s playoffs time, and it’s simple to understand that we need to forget everything about Game 1 so we can be focused and ready for Game 2”.
The 59-year-old Serbian coach added: “Everything we thought about Zalgiris before the first game does not change. they have quality and character and I am sure they will want to show everyone what they have inside. We have to be ready and forget Game 1.”
His player, Nicolo Melli, said: “It will be a tough game. They will come back strong after the tough loss in Game 1. We have to be ready and it will be a different game. We have to put in the intensity and be ready for them to play a different game.”
