Zalgiris Kaunas will look to take advantage of its home court in the third game of the series against Fenerbahce and coach Sarunas Jasikevicius looks forward to the matchup in Kaunas.
“We’re looking forward to the best version of Fenerbahce”, Jasikevicius tells as mentioned on euroleague.net. “We have to be prepared for a very aggressive Fenerbahce, very concentrated and perhaps with a new detail or two. I doubt either team will change things up drastically, but there will be minor changes since we did have three or four days to look at things and decide. We’ll have to react to that, but nothing should change our fire, our physicality. We didn’t live up to the standards in the first game, but we responded well in the second, and that was clear to the eye. We have to fight harder than we’ve ever fought before.”
The series between the two teams is currently at a tie, following a sweep of Fenerbahce in Game 1 and a reaction by the Lithuanians in Game 2.
